How bulk approval works

POs with total under $5,000 are auto-approved immediately and committed to budget.
POs at or above $5,000 are routed to the standard approval workflow for explicit sign-off.
POs not in draft, submitted, or rejected status are skipped (already approved or closed).
Adjust the threshold in Purchasing Settings.
Every auto-approval writes an entry to the audit log.
